I love my 2016 Cayman S, the 7 speed PDK is awesome.
Soon is NO ICE motors for the Cayman.

Well-played, Sir. I believe the Cayman is, for most of our intents and purposes, Porsche's first mid-engine coupe. Should be lighter than if it were topless, and the engine is in the right place. The Cayman should be able to out-perform the 911, and would....if Porsche were willing to build that car.

I would complain about HD not coming back to update the thread, but I'm sure he's spending some quality time with his new wheels.

I assume since he specifically mentioned that the car sounds so good, they are wondering if it's regular, PSE, or aftermarket.

THey do sound great, although I do love mine with the PSE on, but I don't turn it on often. I was in a parking lot with the PSE on (people glued to their phones hear it since they'll never see it). I guy in a new (this was 5-6 years ago, I think) 911 Turbo S came by and asked about the car. He said that mine sounded better than his.

That is exactly why I asked.

A few more. There may be some water stains from me drooling on it.

My old '88 targa was black, and the miata that I had after that was black. They look great.

So, what options does your cayman have? Sport Chrono, sport seats, etc...?

I wish I'd not optioned the 20" wheels. Since I ordered mine sight unseen, I wasn't sure how the 19's would look but they do look really nice. Plus they provide a little better ride with no performance loss.

My P38 Range Rover is black. Looks great but is never clean and gets water spots bad. My old neighbor had sprinklers that would hit the truck in the morning. I was out wiping it down one morning and she saw it, said sorry but never adjusted her sprinklers. Water spots continued until I moved this summer.

OP's car looks like wet paint. Dang that is nice.
