Anyone ever driven cross country in a White car?

Has anyone ever done this? Is it possible? How did it go?

White 86 CRX SI. Surf board on the roof, BMX cruiser on a bike rack in the rear . Took a 1/4 oz of weed, sealed it in the bicycle's seat post, with Silicone on both ends, and tightened the seat post Allen head bolt so tight, that no one but God and snap on tools were getting it loose . Went through a few checkpoints , one in New Mexico , and one in Tahoe .
No sweat . It was the early 90's
No tickets.
Made it home from San Fransisco to Pittsburgh in 54 hours ( slept for 2 hours just outside of Cleveland ) .

I have driven my Grand Prix White 85 911 to 41 states, and Canada so far.

This is in front of Little Round Top at Gettysburg.

I have been to the Upper Peninsula in Michigan, Acadia national park in northern Maine, and many more places.

I have killed a lot of bugs.

Lots of 12 hour days, 8 hour drives, and two week trips.

Every trip was a blast. I have been in sleet, snow, tons of rain, and the 118 degree heat in Needles, CA

White Chevy something-or-other rental car, Atlanta to San Francisco, day after 9/11 with 5 women in the car. It was an incredible trip. We probably saw less than 100 other cars while on the highways. No planes in the sky. It was eerily quiet. Restaurants were nearly empty. Quiet. We stopped letting one of the women drink, too many pee stops. The Grand Canyon at night with no lights was breathtaking. Pure black forever.

White '68 BMW 1600 (no A/C) went to Rapid City ND and places in between circa 1976 or so, maybe earlier than that.
It also took me to Zanesville Ohio to visit my Grandmother. The return trip took me down to her house in Texas in College Station (Gig 'em, Aggies) right before the 55mph speed limit went into effect. Again, no A/C, just open the windows to get fresh air.
My latest white car adventure was in '15 when I went to KC Mo for my buddies wedding. My Honda excelled at collecting bugs and getting great gas mileage both at the same time.
YMMV.

What's the significance of "white car" in the question?

Me too but I'm guessing there won't be a red motorcycle request.

Yup. Spent a month in August 1997 driving my white Jetta from NY across to Seattle up to San Juan Islands then down California coast and then East through the southern part of the country…I think about 10,000 miles. Car broke down in Portland, OR. Because of the 1997 UPS strike, dealer couldn’t get parts needed so I was stuck in Portland for a week where I stayed in a roach filled hotel across from Powell’s Book Store…found a bunch of used 911 books there which I still have many years before I got my 911…oh and my cell phone bill from my grandma calling me everyday was about $2,500 in roaming charges

There would definitely be an advantage to a white or silver vehicle right now in most of the country where it’s scorching hot. That said, I have a white car and a black one and I took the black one up to Monterey and Tahoe last weekend. It was something like 67 degrees in Monterey, (gotta love coastal CA), but triple digits going up and back. The A/C in the black car worked well but a white car would have been better for coolness.
