I don’t recall, Guy. They pulled the tooth and that had to heal. They installed the socket, and that had to heal. Then they installed the stud, and that had to heal. Then they made a mold for the new tooth. Then they installed the tooth. The whole process took about 6 months, maybe?

Just went through that. Started in June. Hurt for a couple days (Fri/Sat). Was able to get a Monday appt (moved a cleaning up a month), but it wasn't hurting, just uncomfortable. At the time, the crack was too small to see. Spin ahead to October and the filling falls out, back to the dentist who pulls out both halves. Full blown infection ate away the bone. Never was all that painfull. The pulled tooth was worse.
