Camp Pendleton, CA and Hill Air Force Base, UT just reported drones over their facilities. These were apparently reported by base personnel and not amped-up citizens.

It's all spelled out here. This guy, Dr. Stephen Greer has been on the case since the Clinton administration and he spills the facts. (He really believes this stuff, and fun factoid, one Danica Patrick, race car driver, is an evangelist for this fellow, this "Dr. Greer".

Skyvector.com has a feature where you can turn on all the "DROTAMS" or notices that drones are prohibited to fly. My perception is that the number of these as almost doubled since the beginning of November.

I think people tend to forget the multitude of legitimate commercial tasks that drones are used for, so every time they see one it’s ALIENS! I stayed in a DFW Hilton over the weekend and they had a large drone that was being used for pressure washing the exterior of the hotel. That was a new one for me.

I’ll just point out that the mystery drones suddenly vanished right around the time that pretty much all government employees go on vacation for a week or so. Total coincidence I’m sure……

How was the water supplied to the drone? I assume the machine itself was on the roof roof or on the ground and only a hose who is being used?

The pressure washer was in the back of a van with a long hose connected to the drone. Very large drone as well, I’d say 5 ft diameter with six motors. Several guys with headsets, one was obviously the pilot and I assume the other was a spotter. I couldn’t see the results, so no comment on effectiveness.
