Cigarette lighter battery charger

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good battery charger that I can plug into car lighter?
Thanks.

Is your 12V cigarette lighter plug hot with the key off? Not all of them are. If so, all of the low amps charger/maintainers would work. Some come with the needed plug in, some don't, but a little wiring work & a male plug in...bingo.

Thanks. I’ll take a look tomorrow if I get home early. It’s a 986 boxster.

You can buy an accessory for the CTK ones for that. I have one, but I prefer to add the wire with a connector at the battery to my cars. It is easier to use than messing around inside the car to plug it into the lighter.

I took my bumper off the car on Sunday to clean condensers and radiators. When putting the plastic trim that covers the area where the latch is, I dropped a plastic tab lock (there are 4 of them). Anyhow, I was able to open trunk but then a day later when I went to put a new plastic piece in, the trunk wouldn’t open. It makes noise but won’t unlatch. Not sure if mechanism is just bad or if I screwed up dropping the plastic piece. Unfortunately I can’t open hood at the moment and I don’t have time to try to remove wheel liner and fish out emergency cable. Hopefully it’s where it suppose to be or this will get real expensive.
