Fight through the block and make a play. Don’t turn your back to the blocker to elicit a flag. The trick is to close off the outside running lane and force the RB to go through the middle. Neither happened as the guy tripped over his feet and still ran up the outside !

Yeah but the guy is moving. You can touch someone on the back, but they just can’t really put force when they’re hands on. It’s the same thing with facemask. People smash fingers into the guard all of the time, it’s not until one pulls on the bars is it a penalty.
