This post was a great idea. I’m still looking for something worthy I stumble across.

Just about every time I drive the 930 since the re-paint I get flagged on Houston Car Spotters:

Spotted this in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Looked real to me. I haven't seen too many since I first saw a new one in 1985.

Caught this extremely rare 1956 Cadillac Custom Viewmaster wagon cruising thru the local Home Depot parking lot one day. I figured it was a one-off custom, but the fit, finish and detailing were just impeccable. The owner told me these were actually commissioned by Cadillac, with the bodies being made by an outside coachbuilder, then mounted on a stock extended-length professional Cadillac chassis that's normally used for limos, hearses, etc. He said that a total of 15 were built back in '55 & '56 and that his car was 1 of only 7 '56 models.

Didn't see many when they were new on dealer floors! Very highly sought after by rock-crawler folks these days!

Looks like it was customized with a couple of rattle cans and a Cal-Custom bolt on hood scoop. Overspray on the tires was what turned my head,
