Thanks for reminding me. I went outside now-ish and saw nothing but dark clouds

I went out to see it at about 3:15. There was a sliver of white at about the 11 o’clock position so I missed the totally, but not by much. It looked more brown than red, so I’m not sure “blood” is the bodily emission I would have named it after.

I took my pup outside around 1am and saw some of the eclipse, but I wasn't staying up to see the entire event. It was kinda neat, though.
