BTW if that gap at the bottom is a concern, you can get an adjustable bottom sweep as long as there is room on the bottom right side looking from the inside out.

There is definitely something bad going on under the porch. Haven’t figured it out or even tried to look yet as I am avoiding the issue by looking the other way for now. Been concerning me for 2 years.

I ordered the Swisco handle. I think that should work. Rather just do that before replacing the whole door in case I need to do serious work the structure to fix the sag in the floor.

Thanks for the help

Have you searched "in swing storm door handle". Seems like that swing style latch should be easy to find.

Don't know why that amazon link didn't work. Put this in an Amazon search bar "Screen and Storm Door Latch, Non-Keyed, Surface Mount, for Inswinging Doors, Aluminum"

I can't find an actual image of this one but this seems like it would work and has a lock. Brixwell 900-7323

Swisco door handle you suggested came today. 5 minutes later it is installed and works perfectly, so thanks. Perfect fix for $20
