Sorry Unclebilly but he can't get a stamp on his man card unless he's changing a tire either on the hard shoulder or in a carve out in the rain.
 At least he knows how to do it.

 FB -he was 8 or 9 in this pic and it was about 20°F… it was the day after my ACL surgery and I couldn’t do it.
