Superman, the movie

Different from every other Superman movie made which is a good thing unless you could use some nostalgia in our ever modernizing times. It is definitely a mirror of today just as earlier movies were of theirs. Enjoyed it and appreciated the new voice and humor. Lex Luthor was brilliantly written and played by Nicholas Hoult. IMAX screen for best viewing pleasure.

The new kid looks OK. I thought Henry C made a great Superman. Based on my limited knowledge of the actress playing Lois, I think she's probably a good Lois. I'll watch this when it becomes available to watch at home.

My daughter enjoyed it. And, she is a fan of The Tick, where the s-man character isn't portrayed particularly well.

She was in the series, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. If you have not seen it, give it a try.

I watched the first episode or two and it was good. I probably would have watched more but the missus wasn't interested.
