WhiskyB, Any overall impressions with regard to hiking in the Highlands would be deeply appreciated. Also, we have plans to spend a couple of days in Edinburg. Overall, we would just like to know if the "juice is worth the squeeze in terms of time, money and effort. Your thoughts appreciated.
