Wisconsin can take your blood

Edit: nevermind, skipped through the warrant

These highway videos can be very entertaining. Skipped through this one and found out toward the end WI cops can forcibly take your blood for a test. Breathalyzer, sure, but taking your blood against your will seems pretty extreme and not quite American. Google says MA needs a court order to do the same, I can see that.

They did have a warrant signed my a judge- which gave them permission to do a blood draw.

Thanks, that's what I get for skipping through.

Well, this will go to PARF and I'm not ashamed. That is against some religious principles not to mention more. Tests that are external should make it past a court, but not this.

Looks like Katee Sackhoff dyed her hair black and drank a lot of milk.

No, I did not see your edit. I'm going by how your text reads at this moment,
"...and found out toward the end WI cops can forcibly take your blood for a test."

That alone boils my blood.

I watched that earlier. She’s a train wreck and this was her third DUI.

I think KS can legally take a blood draw at the jail after you have failed a sobriety check and been formally arrested for DUI.

Meanwhile in Iowa, .351 is a pretty solid score!

Isn’t the first dui in Wisconsin like 500 bucks and a misdemeanor?

I believe most states will draw your blood after arrest if they suspect DUI or some other drug besides alcohol.

Yeah, they can definitely do this in AZ. I don't think they need a warrant either. It's part of implied consent. Best just not to give them any PC for the stop or to suspect you're intox.

I support the blood draw with a warrant. This woman is a menace and could likely kill someone. 18 months probation and two years license suspension is a joke.

Even with a warrant, how can they take your blood if you’re wiggling, squirming and resisting?

I’m thinking they would take it from the crook of the arm, but maybe they can take it from the back of your hand? That’s where I get mine done, as it’s quick and easy.

I had the same thought. Can't be easy, unless they have the legal right to sedate you with a tranquilizer dart first if you resist. One way or another, they are getting their evidence.

That's the law here also . My friends wife just got a dui , testing positive for cocaine . He was so pissed at her . She still had a powdered donut under her nostril when she got pulled over
Im not sure, Id give my blood . Fk that, gimme the dl suspension on principle . Ill breathe into a machine or give you my urine, but if you want blood, you gotta take it the old fashioned way .

That's the part I skipped to passing by the warrant, they wrapped her up like a soft taco and strapped it together.
