I'm coming back from not hurting...nerves trying to grow back after my spinal collapse and vertebrae fusion of c3,c4, c5, and c6. Weird tingly sensations in areas previously numb.

Anyway guys, take this advice from a guy fighting back from total paralysis. Do what you can while you can because even if you do all the right stuff, your life can change in less than a heartbeat.
