That makes some sense. I am shocked a government project makes any sense.

We have some areas on the other side of town that are 6 square miles of houses, all with just a few feet between houses. Of course along the main section line roads are businesses, but there are literally mile after mile of nice homes. We used to live over there but the traffic is horrendous. That area is perfect for an electric mail delivery truck, and the main post office is not far off from there.

We moved out to the other side of town 27 years ago, and there are many roads that the properties are 5 to 20 acre single family homes, and one fantastic house is on 110 acres with a 5 acre pond, and he used to have a helipad, but he retired and closed the helipad.

Gas powered trucks would be needed out here.
