Ok, so likely something based on a bug chassis.

Probably not one of the 550 clones, I assume as they are probably more plentiful than a Meyers Manx.

Some sort of Porsche 904 clone? Maybe a clone of something like a 908 or 909?

The Adams Probe 16 uses a lot of Hillman Imp parts, but alas, it's not an Imp. It's way better looking and way cooler...
