I keep it simple. Drink what Steve drinks.

Two Hearted IPA

Here and I just made a 3 egg omelet. It had filet mignon, caramelized onions with sautéed mushrooms and a baked potato I cut up into cubes and heated in the skillet. Man that was a good omelet!

This was very easy to make...took about 30 minutes. I used Old Bay Seasoning and it's a little more spicy than I would like. The shrimp and potatoes were perfect.
My sister and her husband are here and we mostly finished it.

Gotta go easy on that Old Bay seasoning. I think that's the ingredient in every seafood recipe out there. I've got some crab legs I gotta use up so I'm thinking I'm gonna make a Crab Bisque.

I had some variety last night! We did dinner out and then tried to stay awake on the couch, failing miserably. Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, Wichita Brewing V6 IPA, Salt City Amber, then finished it off with a Makers 46 Cask Strength. Variety is the spice of life!

I had two deep fryers going for double frying 60 wings. It was something. They turned out great!

I also did an overnight Vietnamese marinade batch with a wet batter that didn't fry well at all. Even after thoroughly rinsing the marinade, dark ugly spots bled through the shell. They were tasty but really ugly and not appetizing. I decided to air fry them some other day.

but I did grill fresh caught lingcod heads and collars. mainly because it was the only evening with no rain expected.
