A PPOT guy @astrochex reached out to me and offered me a used Vitamix! Yes please ….

The box was so well packed up and taped it was almost a puzzle to open.

I ordered a new carafe, which is coming in the mail from Vitamix, but I could not help myself.

I had a huge pile of dried Mexican chili pods. Go Time!

Day/night difference with the VM vs my old Breville. No ozony smells, no bogging down., etc. I had much less pod waste after straining the sauce!

Thank you very much!! Salsa is next. Then soy milk, then….
