Yep, always great! But 95 is a great run. My grandmother passed away a week or two ago @ 100yo. She was ready to be done with this existence.

He was a great actor. Lonesome Dove was a high mark for westerns.

He's had a hundred or more great scenes, but this is the first thing that comes to mind these days. I've never seen this movie, but this scene is great every time.

I think I can say I've enjoyed every movie I've seen that he's been in.
95 is a good run. R.I.P. Mr Duvall, you won't soon be forgotten.

"The Eagle Has Landed", directed by John Sturges, 1976. Here, Colonel (Oberst) Max Radl (Robert Duvall) discusses the Carl Jung concept of synchronicity and how it plays them in their task to kidnap Winston Churchill.
"A wink from pretty girl at a party results rarely in climax, Carl. But a man is a fool not to push the question as far as it will go."

He was my favorite actor. He was especially good in westerns. Lonesome Dove and Open Range, great, great movies. At 95 he had a good run. Rest in peace sir.

I never saw the movie. I tried reading the book, but the lead character was such a jackass I couldnt finish it. Abusing his son, driving down the road, squashing turtles for the hell of it
WTF?
