In June my wife went for a trip to the Altai republic - where Mongolia, China and Siberia meet. Research group on Snow Leopards. Every day they climbed into the 'hills' to search for tracks, scats etc. She came back very fit!!

Wow those pictures brought back some fond childhood memories.
I was born and raised in Kearns utah, 4190 south 4414 east IIRC (I think they call it west valley now). I might have those numbers reversed. it's been a while.
Those pictures remind me of the old neighborhood and of looking out the picture window at the snow falling in the front yard when I was just a kid.
Thanks, that reminded me of what Christmas used to mean to me.
