Looks like an SPG Roller crank from some sort of four banger motor. We used to build some pretty cool motors with those for Vdubs back in the day.

Mandatory pic.

BTW, I was not involved in that particular construction move. That was sent to me by a friend in the business but I've done similar projects over the years (younger years).
Supe, that crank is multi-piece and pinned and has no rod caps, similar to a two stroke PWC or motorcycle engine. that's why I was curious. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1233023074.jpg

The eyebrow thing? When you're down on the shot, you are "looking up"...

Do you have a picture like this where she's eating a corndog?

We parked like that on purpose so there wasn't enough room for a black audi to squeeze in ;)

That's the photographer's (Bryan Peterson) wife. He features her in several photos in his popular photography book "Understanding Exposure".

Not too shabby.

Dunno, I've shoveled snow, if you don't have to worry about the cost, that might not be a bad deal.

Random enough

I have 300' of drive and I don't use a machine that big. Of course if sold those things I would own one too.

What is that thing, is it articulated or just have the motor in the back? I just use a 30" 2 stage walk behind blower. Of course I have a 35HP New Holland to push back the banks, which has to be done soon particularly after today's storm.

He did not buy it. He just brings it home from time to time. He was having fun with it.

From that XP-55 Ascender, it looks a bit like where Adams got there design from.
Too back they went under last year! The Adams 500 from Miami Vice:
