What kind of turtles are those? Are they for eating? If so, how are they eaten?

he's got several types of turtles. painted, red ear, snapping, stinkpot, softshell, etc. etc. most are exported to Russia for pets. lots of people down here eat the eggs and larger turtles, but I believe he mostly just exports the baby turtles.
