I got one for Christmas one year when I was a kid. It was like the Hess Truck of its time. Don't remember if they had other vehicles other years.

I played with it for several years... taking it with me sometimes when we went swimming at the State Park and at a small lake near my grandfather's house.

Can't remember its final fate... may have involved either firecrackers or a BB gun.

Wanted that one when I was a kid, but never got it. I do have the steel Texaco fire truck (which you could hook up to the garden hose and spray water with) up in the attic. Somehow it escaped my destructive juvenile tendencies, as opposed to a good number of Matchbox, Corgi, and Dinky cars.
