The old rule of thumb was 10%. That rule is out-dated now because so much has changed - mostly the cost of land plus construction costs.

So you could assign 5% to 15% depending on many factors.

Regardless - as in the photo - you'll know if it was enough by the end result. :eek:

the guy shooting next to me was doing bench rest. shooting a savage in 6br, basically a necked down .308 with a .243 projectile. he was doing 4 rounds into one hole shooting.

Chimps and monkeys are both primates, and as such would have both (all) been banned as pets in the US under the proposed 2009 legislation that passed the House.

They are both also Simians. So, they are like cousins. Much closer than an elephant is to either.
