That ain't no Kalashnikov, it's a StG44, or MP44 (Hitler changed the name from MP -machinenpistole to Sturmgewehr - 'assault rifle' when he was impressed by it's performance. )

They made about 520,000, if I recall correctly. Very very hard to find ammunition for.
