yeah...it was the tony peoni guy who was always a negative nancy on here. I don't think he had any real intentions to buy it. it ended up selling for just around 450K. The new owners completely restored it...it is amazing.

here's 15,000 square feet on almost 10 acres, just outside of indy. asking price is 895K.

(the house Im renting here in LA was listed for sale before I rented it...1000sq ft, 3 bedroom mid century. 600K asking.)
