On the post with the diesel exploding, I saw a twin turbo Porsche self destruct like that at a stadium auto-cross back in 2001 or so. The owner's "mechanic" had forgot to hook up the sensor lines to both blow off valves (electronic boost control) and it blew two of the right hand heads clean off the engine, fractured the case so it looked like a dry river bed and blew the engine lid about 20 feet in the air after ripping the hinges off! Mark Kinnenger estimated probably about 10 bar of boost more or less! The owner/driver said it sure did accelerate well in 1st and 2nd.........

Now if that was a short-hair breed, or if someone can state that she was outside for hours whining to come in and being ignored, I'll grab my pitchforks and torches and join the rest demanding the owner's head! </soapbox> MM Oh... Pic: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1392207043.jpg |
A friend of mine had a Husky. She said that dog preferred to be outside in the snow. He would beg to go outside when it was snowing and as soon as he got out he would romp around and roll in the snow. He would go the the back of the lot and lay down and get covered in snow. She would offer treats and try to talk him into coming in. That dog wanted to be outside in the snow.
