Interesting - that picture reminds me of something! I worked for Texas Instruments Defense Group in Lewisville Tx for about 6 years back in the 80's. One of the projects I worked on was the HARM - High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile. It is an air to ground missile that strikes radar installation sites - either permanent structures or temporary/mobile. There were several photos that got passed around from test firings out on ranges that caught the missile (no active warhead) piercing the actual radar antenna on the top of the mobile truck radar set. I'm pretty certain that's not a HARM though- wrong size/shape.

Mark - I used to live a half mile from there when I first moved to Texas. back in the mid to late 80's I visited that facility. I was working for a division of Grace chemical. I was formulating the EMI/RFI shielding materials for those arms!
