Six guns, square wings, but it is not a F6F Hellcat (f4f and f8f had four).
Plus there is that leading edge extension and rounded tips.

I found the wing shape a dead give-away, one of the few square wing piston shapes of the war. Plus - Mustangs filled a lot of Air National Guard flight lines after the war.
