Tired of looking at the failed clear-coat on the hood of my 95 GMC K1500, I decided to give it a go on repainting. Since we have no garage, I used our 12 x 12 Ezup to make a makeshift paint booth. Wanting filtered airflow to prevent the clear coat mist from setting on the final finish(tomorrow), I built my own filtering system for less than $20. Hey, it's all about the little victories right. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

X3 and iX models: "X" in front is for Off road vehicle, "X" behind is for All wheel drive

I hear ya and completely admire your DYI spirit!! Worked in a body shop through high school and was put in the primer booth without a respirator LOTS of hours. Headache and blowing grey stuff out of my nose for days. Sucked!
