Interesting and kind of cool, but it seems horribly impractical. I think it would take a long time to get that out and be ready to use it which I guess is great if you know an issue is coming. To me it seems more like an interesting spoon novelty than something practical. Something like Red's Keltec P3AT seems much more practical, and is a .380, i believe.

I remember in the '70s being shown what many AF pilots carried when flying missions over N. Viet Nam. It was smaller than this, had 3 parallel barrels loaded with .22 magnum rounds, each fired by separate slide pins. Carried in an upper sleeve pouch, it wasn't meant for fighting off the enemy.
