Very nice. The full or nearly full moon is cool, but the most striking photos are usually of a quarter moon, because you see the light from the sun hitting the craters and mountains head on.

Fortunately, the moons bright enough, that exposure for the moon is nearly the same as the exposure of a bright, sunny day. You are afterall taking a picture of a bright sunny day on the moon. That keeps most moon shots hand-holdable. I've don't some photography of the moon myself, and if the exposure time is too long (usually over 1/60th, then you start to get motion blur. The moon is moving that fast.

Very nice shot. Good focus.

Fantastic picture! I arrived at work the same day and pulled out a pair of our work binoculars and checked it out for several minutes.

It truly was breathtaking.

It looks like some kind of cockroach. We got big ones here that fly. We call them B52s.

Nah, it's probably something similar to this which is a wood boring beetle of some sort.
