This is 1st gen Phase II vapor recovery. The vent has a pressure valve. "Enhanced" VRS has an additional above ground expanson tank. It was introduced around 2007.

I did a job in Berkeley and was greeted by this view when we got to the job the first morning.

Back then I didn't have a phone that took pictures and because it was a work trip I didn't pack my camera.

I picked up a disposable camera to capture the great view.

The bay was fogged in the rest of the week. :(
