Yeah, but I'm seeing to tracks of vertebrae. As Jolly said, I think it's a bad photoshop. And it's a weird one.

Les has it right. Vertebral bodies (anterior) and spinous processes (posterior) separated by the spinal canal when sectioned in the sagittal plane.
