BB-63, USS Missouri, Mighty MO. One of four Iowa class battleships. Now at Pearl Harbor as a floating museum but could be called back into action if the need be.

A bit of the Missouri's history:

That's me acting like an idiot looking down

The road going up. We took the gondola and rode the bus down. Those drive haul ass around the corners on those smallish buses. All stick shift.

Notice one of my foot is on solid ground, if you can call it that.

Part of that day's outing including riding down the world's tallest elevator down to the valley and hiked this pathway along the river. We were walking about 6-7 miles daily. Ate like a pig everyday, but none of us gain an ounce of weight. We actually lost a little weight.

Those are some long stairs. I think it was 9999 steps to the top near that hole in the mt. This is Zhangjiajie national park. Their first NP where they filmed Avatar, cool place to visit.

Chaing Kai-Shek's residence at Chongqing. He fought the Japanese invaders and ran the country at times from that desk. We had a private guide for the entire trip so there was always a local English speaking guide that took up around at each and every city daily. This is Ian, our guide, a real history buff so he and I got along great. All I did was ask questions. Here's him taking my wife's ears off as we are about to enter Shek's home on top of the hill.

Here it is, Wuhan, the birth of Corona. Dodged a bullet there. This was last summer. Photo taken during breakfast out of our hotel window.

Their subway. So efficient, clean, and the people were extremely nice throughout the country with the exception of not knowing how to get in line for public buses but subways, they are very, very good about it.

True that. I knew a lady and her son who always had alergy and sickness problems and never left the house because of it. When they moved gave me their air conditioner to scrap it was packed full of mold
