I remember when they built The Landing....it was awesome back then. Docked there on a 30' sailboat or many more times with a 22' center console...at least 50 times....for a beer or one of those killer frozen drinks from upstairs....good times!

Did you see Derek Trucks and Joe Bonamassa play there soon after it opened 30 years ago? Last time I was there was mebbe 7-8 years ago....hitching a ride on another sailboat...friend's mom has a couple of condos just north on the riverwalk.

Sux though....a Jax landmark gone....
