'08 Pepper Wagon. "The twin-turbocharged 4.8-liter V8 Turbo now sports a whopping 500 hp and 516 lb-ft, or 50 more horses and 56 more lb-ft of torque than the outgoing model. Porsche says that’s good for a 4.9-second dash to 60 mph and a top speed of 171 mph."

No, we've got some family in town this weekend, and I need to do a couple of meals with them....plus, the 911 is going up on the lift tomorrow for new t-bars (22/29) and valve adjust. Be there the next one, though..also next weekend's tour of Eagles Canyon.

I wonder how many hours the kids in the sweat shop worked to make that cow her "material girl" outfit

rouxroux 02-23-2007 11:47 AM

OMG I was going to call foul as well, but he redemed himself with the flag waver ( not the model, but just points for the drunk Mardi Gras-inspired bead target).

scottmandue 02-23-2007 11:52 AM

Should have read "Way too much of material girl"

Wow - that looks like a Louisiana house - are those your beautiful Corvairs? How about a Corvan?

rouxroux 02-23-2007 01:02 PM

Thanks Dave...the front 2 are ours, the blue '69 convertible is my neighbor's (I was working on it that day) made a nice little red, white & blue display in the front yard. I don't have a Corvan or Rampside...maybe some day.
