Okay, what's the story here? That's on the campus of Illinois State University where I went to college and probably 5 miles from where I now sit.

I don't think that apartment building is there. The university raised tuition big time after I graduated. Developers tore down a lot of the old apartment buildings and they are now mostly brick-faced, high-end student housing.

I paid $220 a month in '99-2000 for my apartment at 400 W. Vernon ($880 total with all four roommates). I think average student housing now costs $800-$1,500 a person off campus--that's right around my mortgage!

Ramm I laughed because I know there is a stigma with the black audi wagon, but I didn't comment on it because I have not been here long enough to really know the whole back story to it.

The basic story, to my understanding, was that a Porsche Club of some kind had a parking lot blocked off for a photoshoot, and somebody overnight left a Black Audi Wagon in the middle of it, which caused chaos and anger and bunched panties.
