BTW I was only a few miles from the epicenter of that whittier narrows quake, inside an operating unit in an old oil refinery. Pucker time. Scared the crap out of me, I figured the entire place was going to mushroom cloud.

It was one of those small Iveco box trucks. The only thing I can think of is that maybe he took the onramp a little too fast and lost it. I'm sure it won't be the last accident around here today. The roads are a real mess. I had to go up in the mountains today to take care of some friends cats. Lots of slides and trees down.

Just to clarify; no its not Jennifer Aniston, although I'd agree she's in the "hot" club. The girl posted is Alexandra Otto, from emptyo's thread "Guys, vote for my hot friend Jessica" awhile back.

Wife and I visited the Japanese gardens around the corner from us yesterday, wow was it cold, and yet they are saying next week is going to be 13C. Crazy.

Steve Reily was the construction manager for IHA and he busted my balls the whole job.
The contract called for 4 months, max. Something to do with installing the MRI before the end of the fiscal year for the hospital? Anyway, Stevie and I became friends and I did some more work for them. Cranbrook Hospital; I did a couple jobs there too. tough bustards to work for though.
My son lives in Nelson right now. He's framing a condo project there.
My buddy is developing a waterfront resort there too.

I'm pretty sure I saw you a few months ago 'October I think' . I was working in Kelowna on the Tower Ranch project and had to meet a buddy in Salmon Arm before heading to revelstoke. I was waiting at a gas station in a silver BMW wagon... I was going to go bother the owner/ you if I could take a look the 993 turbo but you were talking on the phone at the pump for just too darn long and I had to go . Pretty sure it was you anyway. The dead guys name was "Willie the Wimp" who was indeed a real life pimp.
