Rob;

Yours are truly bigger than mine. I saw that thing being constructed. From start to finish.

I wouldn't fly low over it, let alone go out on it, let alone jump up on it.

PLEASE tell me that you have anti-grav shoes for your entire family.....

Last night my wife and I took out our telescope to enjoy that same scene, WOW was it impressive. Your pics are beautiful, I wish we had the adaptor for our telescope for the camera.

Hey F'ingPilot,
Ha, ha. you know what they say about a guy with big feet..... 'big shoes'
They gave us those slippers as to not scratch the glass bottom.
I'm not at all afraid of heights, in fact the opposite.
We flew over there in a helicopter and all through the canyon. It was a fun day!

I ran a tower crane in my early twenties; nothing too high, but 8 to 10 storeys and I'd crawl out on the jib many times to check shives, etc.

NOTE: I didn't take the above photos, sorry.

Kinda disgusting that this thread page starts with Byrons feet each time.... we need to post some pics and get the page turned asap!!!

Oblig Pics:

Here's a ton of bang for the buck- a refurbished D60 with an 18-55VR lens through Cameta via Amazon for $400 (no shipping fee required):
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0012OGF6Q/ref=dp_olp_refurbished?ie=UTF8&qid=1235924685&sr=8-1&condition=refurbished

Meantime, software can go a long way...
