Interstingly, you can only rate those thraeds when you are NOT logged in. As soon as you log in, you are no longer given the option.

Another argument for tort reform. You should see the manual to my new 997—which I bought in the US. It runs over 700 pages, and much of that are these ridiculous warnings about the 1001 different ways I can injure myself by doing incredibly stupid things. It would be funny if it were not so sad.
