A custom shop in Michigan which builds kit cars and deals with Mustang sheetmetal (will build you a new 1967 Mustang) built it, they put a Ford engine in it. It's the best sounding Ford I've ever heard, and loud too. I think there is a short video in my photobucket link. It might be a 302, but don't quote me.

Alex Pollock poses with his replica of the 1967 330 P4, of which only 3 were ever built. His replica, purchased in 2007 and built in Michigan, took about 3 years to construct.

The car is for sale, but it ain't cheap (+$100,000) EDIT; $75,000. I can get in contact with Alex Pollock though mutual friends if anyone is interested. He has had some health issues lately and does not get to drive it much. Besides he has a real Porsche 904 which I think he drives more. He did say that the 904 is hotter inside than the P4 though.

Bryon, I don't understand the need for all the Ferrari clothing, replica or real thing they all seem to need it.
