Yes, no, no, no, no. Occurred about two miles out from landing. Saw it go by then smelled it in the bleed air/pressurization system. Smelled like warm stinky bird meat inside the cabin. Bird parts, guts, feathers were strewn throughout the outer cowl behind the N1 fan. Brand new jet too.

What kind of bird, how big?

Bird strikes are inevitable, I just never wanted one in the grill.
