We had some considerable beach erosion just over the past week....check out this staircase leading down to the beach - the ocean uncovered an older set of steps below the current set......

North Cascades again
Nice shots Baz!!
Here are more from my favorite place to go any season... these are from last February. Makes me want to head back up to see how the snow is!  Low angle ski back to the truck shot  My trusty winter and logging road steed (man I love the heated seats and steering wheel!)  Small avi that could've been exciting  Nature's balancing act

Father-Son winter hike
2000' elevation gain in 3 miles... the best rime ice I've ever seen in person on the lookout!

Thanks tevake, I do love adventuring... looks like you do as well!
More random adventures, I love pushing digital photography limits   I count myself lucky in many, many ways... not the least of which is to have a Son that seems to like crazy adventures too. My favorite is when we wander off far enough that we don't see another soul. Like the North Cascades in late winter:   He is a hell of a good companion, Son, fire wood gathererererer, fire maker and snappy dresser! I couldn't believe he brought a tie for an overnighter...
