One piece of advice, make sure to check out whoever does to work for license infractions. There is a website with the Board of Licensure (or whatever) that shows who is licensed and for what (General, electric, etc.) Make sure to get a list of all subs that will work on the project. Ask me how I know.

Funny...I just left Centreville to "move in" closer to the city. Bristow isn't too bad, as long as you work somewhere out that way...
