I'm just not in a position to load my professional or personal life with more assignments, even just reading assignments. I'm leaving all open spots on my packed calendar open, or trying to. But what I would like to do is get together at times and chat. God, and Porsches are both fun to chat about. Golf courses are also good places to chat.

jm951, I'd love to share the e-mails, but that was two Navy moves ago, or about 3 years, in normal-people-time. Said god-hates-fags letters have long since been purged; my apologies. iirc, the train of thought roughly followed the transition from Romans 1 to Romans 2, as above.
Jim, I'd love to get together from time to time to chat. Logistics are one difficulty, as we live several hours apart (assuming Tenino is an accurate location). Golf is also a problem, as I have the hand-eye coordination of a blind paraplegic. I had a great time working Paul's tranny the other night, so I'd definitely be interested in taking part in "maintenance parties." Next Saturday is the first episode in my weekly morning bible study, so I'll have to join the 1000km drive a bit late. (shrug) Of course, if you don't mind golfing 250ish because you're laughing so hard at my difficulties in striking the ball, and you can pick some reasonable middle ground, I'd be interested.
