M.D.s can be rude, socially inept, talentless and even dangerous. Just don't count on them being stupid.

The statement I made was "graduated last in their medical school class" not their "college class". As med schools are steadfast in utilizing class rankings, someone has to be last and they still get the honor of the title as long as they graduate. In no way am I saying they are stupid. Talentless, rude and dangerous maybe, but not stupid.
