Iran and Nukes

From a _pure_ logical standpoint, all countries need to develop nuclear power, since the oil reserves are far more finite compared to the nuclear reserves.

However, I agree. If Iran needs power, all they need is a bunch of natural Gas fired plants, close to where they are flaring more Natural Gas than we need in the North East in Winter.

Many that say WE have every right to bear arms and stockpile weapons in our own homes for defense etc.. bla bla bla ..

Would they (pro-gun people) be for/opposed other countries having nukes ??
It's my impression that they would be the ones most ademant against other countries having nukes.
