Man if sperm is considered a gift....I've solved the "What do I get her
for _____________" ( fill in the occasion) delemma.

At least it's not an appliance.

Judging by the fullness of her cheeks I'm thinking twins.

O.k. new laws:

1. Man must be notified of pregnancy at earliest confirmation and sign consent/agreement/acceptance. No paperwork=no child support$. Woman chooses.

2. Man immediately gets equal right of parental responsibility and visitation and chance to love his children. No more hateful bipolar women disappearing across country with child claiming father abandoned him/her and scaring it's subconcious for life.

3. Unless there is extenuating circumstances, child support is only for child. Woman can work while child is at school, but man should be responsible for essentials (not her new car but food clothing etc)..

4. Both parents are equally responsible for ensuring long term college-fund planning.

AMEN!

And a mechanism to insure the child support payment isn't going to Nordstroms or the mother's bar tab.

Easy! I provide my daughter with a prepaid master card. I can monitor all purchases in real time. And it's recognized by the courts as acceptable documentation.

Very dependent on a kid's age. But an excellent idea.

My daughter is 15 so it works for us. Her mother is in charge of all her spending and is actually the person who holds the card. The biggest advantage is that it allows ME to oversee where the money is spent. Also California courts do not offer this as a method of paying your support, you have to have the mother agree to it before the issue of support goes before the court. If the court orders your payments to go thru the system then your SOL.

Nah, the "model" is way, way hotter. We're talking hotter than a grid girl hot.
