Sperm theft?
http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/02/24/sperm.theft.ap/
http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/editorial/outlook/3069771 Unfortunately, the court couldn't bring itself to properly uphold Phillips' reproductive rights, instead ruling that he must continue to pay child support because when plaintiff "delivered" his sperm, it was a gift. There was no agreement that the original deposit would be returned upon request. Words fail me... |
This was covered in on the local new a few weeks ago.
Quite a precident there. Goes to show you what ends people can go to in order to accomplish their goal. Crazy mixed up world we live in... -Z. |
|
Now I'm beginning to wonder about the girl I met who had the daughter named "Snowball"...
|
...she secretly kept semen after they had oral sex, then used it to get pregnant.
He said he didn't find out about the child for nearly two years, when Irons filed a paternity lawsuit. DNA tests confirmed Phillips was the father, the court papers state. Phillips was ordered to pay about $800 a month in child support, said Irons' attorney, Enrico Mirabelli. damn... |
I hope he gets awarded damages greater than the value of the child support he's paying. That was one expensive hummer....
|
This is Fked up.
Unfortunately he's representing himself. For this kinda cake I'd have a damned good attorney at my side. |
The woman's attorney:
""There's a 5-year-old child here," Mirabelli said. "Imagine how a child feels when your father says he feels emotionally damaged by your birth." Umm, yeah. Imagine how the kid will feel when she discovers the details of how her mom conceived her! |
Yeah..."well honey you see I didn't really swallow and then I used a turkey baster to......"
Gee Mom ...I love you. |
She's the spitting image of her father...

One word - vasectomy!
|
And then they wonder why they get shot in the head while sitting in the car!! (blatent Blake reference)
|
I've never had my sperm stolen, but I might be willing to give some of it away. Depending on the circumstances. No pun intended.
|
Totally unfair to the dad, but ultimately it benefits the state and the child to insist on child support. So, there's really no way that's going to be denied.
You can't trust girls that don't swallow. It's a known fact;) |
That's seriously messed up.
But there's got to be a good Clinton joke in it somewhere! |
" , more than a million American births each year are the result of pregnancies that men did not intend. " wow.. now I don't feel so lonely 'cause I always figured I was a mistake. |
O.k. new laws:
1. Man must be notified of pregnancy at earliest confirmation and sign consent/agreement/acceptance. No paperwork=no child support$. Woman chooses. 2. Man immediately gets equal right of parental responsibility and visitation and chance to love his children. No more hateful bipolar women disappearing across country with child claiming father abandoned him/her and scaring it's subconcious for life. 3. Unless there is extenuating circumstances, child support is only for child. Woman can work while child is at school, but man should be responsible for essentials (not her new car but food clothing etc).. 4. Both parents are equally responsible for ensuring long term college-fund planning. |
Man, am I ever glad to be an old fart! I dunno why, but this reminds me of something I heard years ago...two women talking;
"I have to be really careful to not get pregnant." "I thought your husband had a vasectomy." "He did"... |
